Name: T'kyl Originally Tierkyl Turns: Twenty-Nine Turns Gender: Male Rank: Aladeire Wingrider Sexuality: Heterosexual Weyrmate: None for the time being.
Appearance: T'kyl is a very handsome man, as he himself would boast. He's got a good build for a man of his age, muscles bulge in his upper body from a strict workout routine. While his lower body isn't nearly as defined, he's strong and can easily trek miles at a time without stopping. Simply because he has walked so much, up and down stairs, across fields, wherever, making sure to keep himself healthy and fit. He's not the tallest man around, a far cry from it actually, at only five foot nine he doesn't have nearly the same level of intimidation as many of the other men in the weyr.
Despite all of that, he's a good looking fellow, with a smooth jaw line, soft lips, gentle almost exotic eyes. Don't get him wrong though, he's not as soft on the inside as his face would suggest. With such trusting features though, the face of a true gentlemen, it's easy to like T'kyl from a distance. As he should be liked, from a very good distance. He is someone by looks who is admirable, eye pleasing, the works, but these appearances are far more deceiving than any would care to know.
Personality: Plain and simple, T'kyl is a cold hearted prick. He can't stand blue riders, he loves dragons with real power, and he loves glory and fame. He also enjoys green riders, specially when their dragons rise to fly.
He is the type who will stop at nothing to make himself glorified in the eyes of everyone else. He lives to impress others, and seed envy in the hearts of those he isn't trying to impress. Not overly vain in his looks, but overly pleased by his figure and intelligence. He's devilishly crafty and smart, though sly as a fox would better define him.
When with a woman T'kyl tends to wear the pants in a relationship, at least to the public. Behind closed doors he's a kitten. He loves public power in relationships, being dominating over a partner in their day and age takes mental prowess, which he proves he has every chance he gets.
To say the least he is a crafty temperamental creature made of claws and fangs.
History: T'kyl was a Smith craft apprentice before being searched, and he certainly had the muscle for it. He had a certain way with people, that let other trust him easily. Of course it was easy to trust a man who smiled a lot and spoke with kind words, despite the fact they were spit out to please the smiths and his family, not many knew the person that lay in waiting beneath those words.
The Smiths often sent him to Gathers to sell their goods, since it wasn't a favored chore, and T'kyl was more talented than most the other smiths in that area, with his charming silver tongued ways, he brought in a good amount of marks for the smiths he apprenticed under.
He was a smith by blood, his father, his father's father, and so on being smiths. His mother was his fathers loyal wife of many years, and a cook at the smith craft hall. T'kyl had a rather boring and normal childhood, nothing eventful happened around the smith craft hall. Until one fateful day when the Searchdragons came around, he'd been at a hold delivering a gift, to be exact, he'd been just about to leave when the brown dragon stopped him and said he had what it took to be a great dragon rider.
During the early turns of Quanths life things were rough for the pair, mostly because of the death Quanth had caused at his hatching, but since they made their way into the wings, and kept themselves in check, things have smoothed out for them considerably.
Roughly six turns ago T'kyl happened upon a fire lizard hatching. With no intent to actually obtain one he simply watched from the back of the room. Until the dark brown hatched and Quanth demanded T'kyl go and feed it and bring it back to him.
Thus Viral became apart of their little family, and in time showed his too kind nature making the trio seem more even on the scale of good and bad. Actually, on the scale of gentle and brutal, as neither T'kyl nor Quanth would consider themselves bad.
Though not too long ago (three turns is not a long time when you're already twenty-nine) it was made known that Akum weyr was lacking in bronze dragons, wanting both the chance to escape the judgment of those at Fort T'kyl asked Quanth how he felt about leaving to the weyr that seemed to need them. The bronze took some time to mull the idea over, being loyal to his weyr despite how they showed open disdain to him. With enough convincing from T'kyl Quanth finally agreed a transfer to this other weyr was a good idea.
Since their arrival at Akum the pair have found life more livable, the people here didn't know about the death in Quanths' hatching. Therefor they treated him like any other bronze, giving him the chance to open up a bit more to the dragons around him. Of course he and his rider have kept the secret of the blue death to themselves, which has caused a few minor problems with the blue riders of Akum. How could they understand the fear fueled hatred so deeply rooted in the big seemingly fearless bronze?
All in all, with the few mishaps that have happened, T'kyl, Quanth, and Viral have made Akum their home.
Other: If you are lucky enough to break through with T'kyl, you'll never have a more steadfast friend, who will fight to the death to defend you. T'kyl is not quick to anger, but when he gets mad, he needs a good deal of time to settle himself back down to the composed thoughtful person he usually seems to be.

Name: Quanth Turns: Twelve Color: Bronze
Appearance: Elegant, commanding, powerful, graceful, these are the words that fit this creature of stealth and magnitude perfectly. At 39 meters he's nothing to sneeze at, specially not with the power behind all 39 meters of his frame. He is bulky, but not squared or round in shape, he is well defined as a bronze of strength. His back legs are thick, making his lunges for the sky seem like he is hungry for the wind and clouds. His wings are wide and long, meant for endurance rather than acrobatics, though he isn't a bad sport for a bronze in that area. Not comparable to a green, but good enough.
The neck and head on this bronze are slender, more so the head than the neck, which thickens as it connects to his chest and shoulders. But his head is narrow, and elongated, making him seem a touch exotic like his rider.
His hide is patchy looking, but the effect makes him gleam more in the sun, and gives him a rather attractive look. It suits the bronze well, and he is not envious of the more solid colored bronzes of the weyr.
Personality: Quanth is the bronze epic ballads tell about, the bronze defender of his Weyr, the one to strike fear into holdfolk for being bronze, and the one to win them over in a gentle show. He's a knight in shining armor, though he doesn't always think things through. He'll be the first to save someone from peril, only to realize he put himself in a world of danger himself. Just like any knight though, he's always got time for what could be his next damsel in distress.
He is just like his rider, and a better pair could not have been made. He is not as power hungry, but he is glory driven. He knows he has true potential, and he knows he has rank among his kind. He is proud of himself and his rider, as he had a very distinct pride to him as well when he picked him.
Quanth is not fond of other dragons, he enjoys his solitude, but he will speak with those around him if his rider is not there, or if they seem to have something worth while to talk about. However he has a passionate dislike towards blues and mutations. He shows an admirable respect towards queens, as he knows he very well should. He treats other bronzes as he would expect them to treat himself, if not just a touch less then he expects from them. Browns are decent enough dragons in his eyes, almost bronze without the shine, so he will talk with them on occasion and give them a bit of attention. Greens he enjoys, only when they rise though, they help keep him in shape, and fulfill desires left wanting by gold flights.
Other than that, he is a brutal dragon, when he hunts he does it menacingly. He enjoys installing fear into his prey and his enemies. Luckily he has very few enemies.
Other: His severe dislike of blues comes from the fact that freshly hatched he was startled by a blue to hatch a bit sooner than himself. Out of being startled he killed that blue, and has never trusted blues from that day. He is too proud to admit it scared him, and too proud to the day to let it be known that something as small as a blue could have ever scared him.

Name: Viral Turns: Six Species: Fire Lizard Hex Code: 603311
Appearance: Viral is a typical brown fire lizard in his looks, brown build, roundish body with good sized wings. He's not as powerful as his bonded or Quanth, but he's a healthy brown fire lizard to say the least about him. His hide is very dark though, easily mistaken to be black in poor lighting, which causes some worry at times that he may be a mutation. In good lighting though he's a very dark rick chocolate color, like pure unaltered dark cocoa.
Personality: If the personalities of his bonded and Quanth were anything to go by, you'd think that Viral would be a small terror to the weyr. That couldn't be more far from the truth though with this sweet little creature. Viral is the good side to both T'kyl and Quanth, where they would curse and growl, Viral would croon and tilt his head to be scratched or fed.
He's the most sociable of the trio as well, never fearing to venture from his bonded's shoulder to the table in front of someone else and beg for a nibble of whatever they are eating. He's almost always tucking in his wings, curling his tail around his feet, and chirping in the most innocent of ways to get a bit of attention from everyone around.
However he has shown that he is not compatible with other fire lizards bonded to his. The recent addition of Pathe has brought out a side of Viral that both T'kyl and Quanth had been hoping to get in Pathe. Viral has turned sour so to speak, he hisses at the female blue when she is around, and scolds his non stop for ever letting the blue into their little family.
| - Pet Information - |
Name: Pathe Turns: Newly Hatched Species: Fire Lizard Hex Code: 008B8B
Appearance: Pathe is a strange fire lizard in her appearance, not as strange as some of her clutchmates, but she isn't your average female fire lizard either. Females should be gold or green, not cyan and grey. Try telling her that, she won't believe you, she is after all proof that females can be whatever sharding color they want.
Personality: The fact that she turned Viral from a sweet attention seeking little thing into a hissing malicious brown beast of a fire lizard is anything to go by, you'd mistake poor Pathe to be a sadistic little girl herself. Reality of that is just her presence turned Viral into that, simply for being bonded to the same pet. She herself is actually very timid and shy, scared of everything and anything that could be a threat to her. Which is how she got her name, short for pathetic.

Sadly, I would really like to see a little more in his history. If you would be willing to do that for me, I would be more then willing to accept him. Also, at his age, he would have to be a transfer. All of the remaining riders from this actual Weyr are quite young. -pokes the plot- Says it all in there. ^^

Ok. I'll make him a transfer and I'll see what I can add to his history. Histories are always my weakpoint in character bios.
