Name: Meagen Turns: 19 Gender: Female Rank: Dragon and Firelizard Healer/Candidate Sexuality: Undecided (Will be Heterosexual with minor bi-sexual tendencies)) Weyrmate: Uhhh hell no?
Appearance: She is a lithe young woman, rather on the petite side though. She lacks in certain areas what some other females her age have. But what she lacks up for in her feminine figure, she makes up for in her body build. Small and lithe, she is built for speed, she is built for fighting. Had she been a terran girl she would have made a perfect military personal, or a thief. Having the figure of a runner mixed with a dancers, much like her mothers, but lacking the breasts that her mother had. The girl has a inset waist, with only slightly flaring hips. Her legs are long, and perfect for running long distances. Her arms long, are tipped with what people would call the hands of a harper. Long tapering fingers, calloused from all her climbing on the rocks of the beaches near her first home.
She has other scars on her body, mostly arms and shoulders, from flitters that had perched on her, or cats that had gotten a bit too rough. Her face has a rather feminine cast to it, though her stubbornness shines through the rough lines on her face. Her cheek bones are highly set in her face, giving her a more ethereal look, when taken in to her nearly cat shaped eyes. Her eyes are a odd color, a faint amber color, that reminds one of the larger breed of canines, closer to the terran lupines of legend. The edges of the iris are ringed in black, giving her eyes a slightly feral look. With most people you can tell what they are thinking through there eyes, but this girl is too hard to pin. She is someone that you really can’t tell what she is thinking through the emotions in her eyes.
Her hair is the last thing I will talk about her physical appearance. Her hair is a rich actually almost amber brown color, nearly orange but with enough brown to make it look normal. She keeps her hair covering her face no matter what is going on, the strands hiding her and keeping her safe from the outside world. These strands of hair reach in a thick straight fall to her knees nearly. She always is groomed well, despite all her runnings around. Her skin is slightly tanned, something I forgot to mention. She has a tendency to wear clothing that does not fit close to her body, she does not like to feel restricted. At least not at the moment, she also believes that only beautiful women should wear form fitting clothing.
Personality: The first thing you get from this young woman, upon meeting her, is a fiercness. She has a zest for living, a certain energy around her, that just gets you up and going. Quiet as she may be, her actions speak more then enough words. Once you get used to being around her, she has a sort of softer feel. Because not only has she gotten to know you a little, but she has settled down more. She can be very fun loving, the Traders learned this. She doesn't mind a drink here or there, but Faranth help you if you try to sneak into her bed.
In all the six turns she has been with the Traders, traveling between Hold and Hall and Weyr. She has NEVER, not ONCE, accepted a partner into her bed. Thats male or female, odd? Not really. She has some things in her past, that very few know about. She is known to have an aversion for one of the Sea Side Holds, when they pass near it. She says she will meet them at the next one, because she is not welcome at that particular hold. More like she's running from her past.
She is well known for her love of animals, more particularly Fire-Lizards. Her specialty with them, has earned her much praise and renown amongst the Traders groups. Her Fair's eggs tend to always hatch, and produce decent sized, a little above usual intelligence, Fire-lizards. Her fire-lizards are where she truly laughs. If you are around her when her fair is pulling its antics, then you are lucky enough to hear her laugh. But she never shirks from duty when its given to her.
In fact, when she is given a duty to complete, she does it and well. She will complete it in a timely manner, she will also do it well, and so thoroughly it usually doesn't need to be redone. Her Fire-Lizard remedies, are well known for their potency, and their fast acting effects. This is something she is very proud about.
Oh just one more note, Faranth help you if you harm someone in her care. Or Faranth help you if she hears a man has forced himself on a woman, Meagen will likely not take it well.
History: Meagen was born nineteen turns ago, in a Sea Side hold. As we all known, in Sea-Side Holds, girls aren't generally prized as much as boys. Her early years where filled with climbing the beaches, and doing the minor chores she was needed to do. She was known to be apt at finding Fire-Lizard Clutches, and those where used for trading, by her Lord Holder. As time went on she grew up into a fine young woman. She was known for her ability to accomplish her tasks, and do them well. She was known for her apt hands with Children and Fire-Lizards, and her habit of denying a man her presence in the furs.
By the age of Thirteen, she had been courting with a young Foster Lad, from another Hold, his name was Damian. It was shortly after her Thirteenth turn day, that he did the atrocity he did. Early one morning, when Meagen went out to do her gathering chores, Damian followed her. It was then he took what he wanted, holding her down and gagging her screams. Afterwards, he just laughed and walked back to the Hold. When she reported it to her mother, her mother was skeptical. For Damian was a Foster Lad from another hold, but more so because she had seen the kisses, and light touches that had passed between the two.
It was taken to the Lord holder, and Damian was believed over her. He claimed that she had begged for it, pleaded with him, and when he had finally given in, she had done this. He used pity on the Lord Holder and those there, his eyes glittering with tears as he exclaimed that he loved her, and to have her do this was just cruel. He said that she had just been having second-thoughts, and for some reason felt guilty about what they had done. Meagen felt defeated and didn't bring the subject up again.
There was two more instances on the beach, of this manner. Both other times, she did not tell. It was after the last instance she discovered the flitter clutch that gave her her first Bronze and her Only Gold. She had watched the gathering of Flitters, and dragged herself to the clutch, watching the creatures be born. She used what food she had with her, to charm two creatures. A Gold she named Hope, and a bronze she named Guardian. They where the start of her soon to be six Flitter fair.
After she returned to the Hold, she noticed a Traders caravan. She beseeches the leader to allow her to join them. He allows her, and she exclaims that she will sell Fire-Lizard eggs for the Caravan. He believes it to be a good profit, and from then on out she begins her new life with the Traders. She has traveled for Six turns now, and has amassed a Fair of six Fire-Lizards. One Gold, Two Bronzes, One Brown, One Blue, and One Green.
Now Six turns after the issues in her past, she has mostly healed. The Traders came to the edge of Nyocia Weyr, and a Search dragon looked through their youngsters. She was snatched up and rushed to the Weyr, for the touching had already begun. She hopes to put her skills with Flitters, and hopefully dragons to good use in the Weyr. Unfortunately after standing at the queens clutch, and barely escaping her past again.(Damian)
Meagen went for a transfer to Akum because of her not impressing, and ran for this weyr.

Name: Hope Turns: 6 Species: Fire-Lizard(Gold)
Appearance: A soft golden color, almost a bright white gold. This golden fire-lizard is big, even for her age. She is well known in the traders for producing large clutches, sometimes even clutching more then thirty eggs. Her color is an even soft white gold metallic sheen all over. She has produced three golden daughters with this coloration. Personality: She is Meagen's first flitter and queen of the fair. But she is a Fair queen, and does not judge to harshly for mis-deeds. She is sweet and loves attentions, but also is known for her loyalty. She will never mate with anyone other then Guardian. Other: Guardian's Mate
Appearance: A darker bronze, his size is on the larger side of bronzes. He is bigger then Jareth, Meagens other bronze. He is known to be Hope's permanent mate, as they lead the fair together, almost like a mini-weyr. Personality: He has a rather arrogant attitude, but most oft to naught, what he does is right.
Appearance: Jareth is a soft creamy metallic bronze color. He is a little on the larger side, but definitely not as big as Guardian. Personality: He is the second in command, and is well known to be the more flirty of the fair. Flattering and flirting with any gold or green he comes across. Other:
Name: Fellan Turns: 4 Species: Fire-Lizard(brown)
Appearance: Fellan is a small and flighty brown, his hide is a dark earthy brown, shot through with lighter almost tan shots.
Personality: He is well known to be the one to send on messenger jobs, for he gets the job done well. He is the steadfast thinker of the group, good for this little brown, indeed.

Name: Dip Turns: 3 Species: Fire-lizard(Blue)
Appearance: Dip is the darker of the blue twins. His hide is a dark almost ocean blue.
Personality: His habits generally lean towards gathering of shiny objects. Back at the caravan he had a small hoard of knicknacks made up. He is known to like attention and will preen to get it.

Name:Skip Turns: 3 Species: Fire-Lizard(blue)
Appearance: Skip is the lighter of the blue twins. His hide is a light almost sky blue. He as slightly darker medium blue hints that dart through his hide. He is also the bigger of the twins, taking on the larger blue size while Dip takes on the medium.
Personality: He is known for his collection of anything round, yes you read that right. He will steal round things and hide them. Unlike Dip he is not too set on attention, but won't mind if he gets it.

Appearance: Dancer is a typical green, she's a little on the medium side.
Personality: She is a flighty little thing, and constantly preens for attention. She only feels good when she's getting more then Hope. Her hide is a light spring green, and she is well known for making sure she is oiled to perfection.
